Think of Pilates as intelligent movement training. Detailed cueing is used to move you through spinal flexibility and core stability, helping build a stronger and more functional you. No previous Pilates experience required.

Pilates | Barre


Start on the mat to build Pilates core connections, then move to the barre. Traditional Pilates principles applied safely without impact, combined with ballet barre work—expressive and fun, no dance flexibility or technical skills needed.

Pilates teaches you to connect with ideal movements and muscle sequences for a healthier, happier body. Build strength and knowledge to live pain-free. Improve posture, athletic performance, and overall well-being through this mindful practice.

An intermediate Pilates mat class focused on strength and development. Builds on fundamental movements with added powerful abdominal exercises. Some foundational Pilates experience is strongly recommended for this level two class.
