A great aerobic workout in the water that will build cardiovascular and muscular endurance with little to no impact on the joints. Suitable for all levels.
This course combines the practice of yoga with the use of a stand-up paddleboard. Be prepared to strengthen your core, balance and muscles while bringing you physical and mental harmony.
Become a lifeguard, an instructor or just recertify to keep your professional skills up to date. We offer Lifesaving Society's Bronze Medallion/Bronze Cross, National Lifeguard & AEC, and Swim for Life/CPR Instructor.
Join us for a half day aquatic Training program! Participants in this camp will spend their morning bubbling around the pool, discovering a wide range of aquatic programs (including: Lifesaving Sport, Synchronized Swimming, Diving, Innertube Waterpolo, Swimming Lessons, and much more).
The Canadian Swim Patrol program provides enriched training for those who are ready to go beyond learn-to-swim.
The Swimmer program ensures children learn how to swim before they get in too deep. Progressions accommodate 6 to 12 year olds including beginners and swimmers who want to build on the basics.

Suitable for swimmers of any age who want to improve their overall physical fitness in the water. Fitness Swimmer provides a structured approach based on accepted training principles and practices including interval training. For ages 13 and up
The Junior Lifeguard Club keeps kids interested and active in aquatics - especially quick learners and those caught between levels. The Junior Lifeguard Club is perfect for youth who thrive in an energetic learning environment.
Lifesaving Sport Club focuses on swimming skills, lifesaving skills and knowledge, fitness, first aid and leadership/teamwork.
The Parent and Tot Program structures in-water interaction between parent and child to stress the importance of play in developing water-positive attitudes and skills. Designed for ages 4 months to 3 years.
The Lifesaving Society Preschool program gives children a head start on learning to swim. In our five basic aquatic progressions we work to ensure 3 to 5 year olds become comfortable in the water and have fun developing a foundation of water skills.
Instructors will work one-on-one with participants on swimming skills they want to improve on. These sessions are suitable for children (8+) or adults who want to improve on a particular area of swimming.
This community-based, leveled swimming program is geared for youth ages 3 to 16, with special needs, who need additional support to achieve their beginning swimmer goals and to increase their safety, independence, and enjoyment in and around the water.
