The goal of this camp is to develop technical and tatical track and field skills and to strengthen general athletic skills.

Track and Field - Explore - T2T


The goals of this camp are to improve track and field skills and refine general athletic skills. Half of the camp will be spent at Foote Field’s outdoor track where participants will develop the skills related to sprints, distance races, jumping events and throwing events. The other half of the camp day will be dedicated to age-appropriate multi-sport activities designed to improve fundamental movement skills that support and complement the skills taught in the track sessions.
  • No previous track and field experience is required.
  • Camp activities will take place primarily outdoors. Camp participants should be prepared for inclement weather.
