This date night will bring you closer to your partner through sweat and partner muscle release techniques. The first part of the night will explore functional training to retrain your body to move more efficiently, maximally and become wonderfully strong. You will work in all planes of motion, at varying intensities and improve the way you feel about working out. The second part of the evening will be a demonstration of different muscle release techniques you can do solo or with a partner.
