Wrestling - T2T

The goals of this camp are to improve wrestling skills and refine general athletic skills. Half of the camp will be spent in our wrestling gym where participants will develop skills related to stance, motion, takedowns and groundwork. Basic offensive and defensive tactics will be introduced through drills and games. The other half of the camp day will be dedicated to age-appropriate multi-sport activities designed to improve fundamental movement skills that support and complement the skills taught in the wrestling sessions.

  • No previous wrestling experience is required.
  • Participants are required to bring a separate pair of athletic shoes for the multi-sport sessions.
  • All participants will receive an official camp t-shirt.
