Join Campus Wellness and Community Recreation for a free yoga class where you can learn about the importance of physical activity and how to better support your mental health and well-being. This class is drop-in friendly, and participants of all skill levels are welcome. This event is in observation of Suicide Prevention Week at the UofA, Jan. 19 - 23.
