A pressure-free class where you progress at your own pace. Learn to safely explore poses and build them into a gentle flow that strengthens and improves mobility—always focusing on kind, mindful choices for your body in the moment.

A flowing and vigorous practice designed to increase internal heat. Similar to Ashtanga, but differs in that pose and movement patterns are not predetermined. A flowing practice suitable for all abilities and experience levels.

This class incorporates gentle yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation techniques to help you manage stress and anxiety effectively. Leave with a clearer and calmer state of body and mind to more effectively move through the challenges of the day.

Unwind and restore with this reflective yoga class focused on self-care. Includes calming Yin postures—mostly seated or lying down, held for 3–10 minutes—to target deep tissues and balance your energy. A perfect complement to other fitness formats.
