Green & Gold Summer Camp registration for ages 12-14 opens February 18 at 7:30 AM.
A queue system will be in place to ensure a smooth and fair process. Each day, a pre-queue opens at 6:30 AM. At 7:30 AM, everyone waiting in the pre-queue will be randomly assigned a spot in line and admitted to the site in that order. Anyone who joins after 7:30 AM will be placed at the end of the queue.
All bodies are strong bodies, but sometimes yoga can feel physically and socially inaccessible. This class works with postures and sequences that can be modified to fit your body. We use props to support our body's needs and avoid certain postures that can often cause anxiety or body/gender dysphoria (which could be anything, just let your instructor know!). This class is open to all, however if you feel like you don't fit into a typical yoga class due to your body size, gender identity, or (dis)ability, then this class is especially for you."
Campus and Community Recreation at the University of Alberta strives to provide awareness of risks associated with each program/activity it offers.
