Green & Gold Summer Camp registration for ages 12-14 opens February 18 at 7:30 AM.
A queue system will be in place to ensure a smooth and fair process. Each day, a pre-queue opens at 6:30 AM. At 7:30 AM, everyone waiting in the pre-queue will be randomly assigned a spot in line and admitted to the site in that order. Anyone who joins after 7:30 AM will be placed at the end of the queue.
A Pilates mat class that is designed to focus on strength and development. The fundamental Pilates movements will be supplemented with more powerful abdominal strength exercises. This is an intermediate / level two class so some foundational Pilates experience is strongly encouraged.
Campus and Community Recreation at the University of Alberta strives to provide awareness of risks associated with each program/activity it offers.
