Preschool 1


Preschoolers will have fun learning to enter and exit the water, jump in, float, glide, and blow bubbles underwater.

Ages 3-5

Beginner

30 minutes | 1x per week

Preschool 2


Preschoolers learn to jump into chest-deep water, enter and exit with a lifejacket, submerge, exhale underwater, and glide with support.

Ages 3-5

Beginner/Intermediate

30 minutes | 1x per week

Preschool 3


Preschoolers will practice jumping and sideways entries into deep water with a lifejacket, retrieve objects from waist-deep water, and build front and back glide and kick skills.

Intermediate

Preschool 4


Advanced preschoolers will practice solo jumps into deep water, self-exits, sideways entries, and swimming with a lifejacket. They’ll also open their eyes underwater and work on side glides and kicks.

Preschool 5


Preschoolers will try forward roll entries with a lifejacket, tread water for 10 seconds, and swim 5m using front and back crawl. They’ll also begin interval training and have fun learning the whip kick.
