For green belts and above, this class focuses on conditioning, randori, and developing favourite techniques, strategies, and combinations for competition.

These Saturday sessions are for all belt levels, and allow you to work on techniques that you covered in class, or to pick up some new Judo not covered during the week.

Judo is an Olympic sport and martial art involving throws and ground techniques. This class is designed for new students or participants with little to no Judo experience.

For those who’ve finished beginner Judo, hold white, yellow, or orange belts, or advanced students wanting recreational practice over competition or randori.
