Sport Leadership 200 - Intro to Coaching/Officiating

This camp is designed to transform aspiring athletes into well-rounded sport leaders by combining performance training with hands-on experience in Sport Coaching and Officiating.

While participants will continue to sharpen their physical skills—focusing on agility, strength, and power—the program pivots from individual leadership toward leadership from the sidelines, providing dedicated time for athletes to coach and mentor younger campers. Beyond the whistle, participants will explore the side of sport through officiating, learning to uphold the integrity of the sport while developing decisiveness and communication skills.

This comprehensive approach not only builds athletic fitness and mental skills but also offers a pathway to coaching and officiating, including the potential to earn NCCP credits, ensuring athletes leave as confident leaders ready to give back to their sport.
