Ready to build your confidence in the water? This class is perfect for adults who are just getting started or looking to improve their basic swimming skills.

Ages 13+

Beginner

45 minutes | 1x per week

Adult Swimmer 2


Swimmers will build strength and endurance through deep water entries, treading water (1–2 minutes), and underwater skills like handstands and somersaults.

Ages 13+

Intermediate

45 minutes | 1x per week

Adult Swimmer 3


Swimmers will refine front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke while learning shallow dives, stride entries, and lifesaving kicks. This class builds endurance with 300m workouts and speed through 25–50m sprints.

Advanced

Fitness Swimmer


Open to all ages, this program focuses on improving overall fitness through structured swim workouts and interval training. With no levels or requirements, swimmers set their own goals while certified instructors provide stroke guidance and support.
