Soccer - Explore - L2T

The goals of this camp are to improve soccer skills and strengthen general athletic skills. Half of the camp will be spent on the soccer field where participants will develop their ball control, dribbling, passing and shooting skills. Basic concepts of offensive and defensive play will be taught through drills and games. The other half of the camp day will be dedicated to age-appropriate multi-sport activities designed to improve fundamental movement skills that support and complement the skills taught in the soccer sessions.

  • No previous soccer experience is required.
  • Participants are asked to wear shin guards, soccer socks, cleats and suitable athletic clothing.
  • Please bring running shoes for the AIM sessions or in case the camp is moved indoors due to inclement weather.
  • Camp activities will take place primarily outdoors. Camp participants should be prepared for inclement weather.
  • All participants will receive a camp t-shirt.
