Wrestling - L2T

The goals of this camp are to introduce and build basic wrestling skills and strengthen general athletic skills. Half of this camp will be spent in our wrestling gym where participants will develop skills related to stance, motion, takedowns and groundwork through fun drills and modified matches. The other half of the camp day will be dedicated to age-appropriate multi-sport activities designed to improve fundamental movement skills that support and complement the skills taught in the wrestling sessions.

  • No previous wrestling experience is required.
  • Participants are required to bring a separate pair of athletic shoes for the multi-sport sessions.
  • All participants will receive a camp t-shirt.
