Basketball - Explore - T2T

The goals of this camp are to improve basketball skills and refine general athletic skills. Half of the camp will be spent on the basketball court where participants will develop their footwork, dribbling, passing, shooting and rebounding skills. Core concepts of offensive and defensive play will be introduced through drills and games. The other half of the camp day will be dedicated to age-appropriate multi-sport activities designed to improve fundamental movement skills that support and complement the skills taught in the basketball sessions.

  • Some previous basketball experience is recommended, but not required.
  • All participants will receive a basketball and camp t-shirt.
