Green & Gold Sport Camps 2019

Active Start (Ages 3-5)

The Active-Start (Ages 3 to 5) stage of the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) framework is intended to introduce and build fundamental movement skills and help participants feel comfortable in all sporting environments.

FUNdamentals (Ages 6-8)

The FUNdamentals stage of the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) framework is intended to help participants improve their fundamental movement skills and build the basic skills associated with a variety of sports that are best initiated at this stage.

Learn-to-Train (Ages 9-11)

The Learn-to-Train stage of the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) framework is intended to help participants build and improve sport-specific skills in a wide range of sports and strengthen their general athletic skills.

Train-to-Train (Ages 12-14)

The Train-to-Train stage of the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) framework is intended to help participants build and improve sport-specific skills in a wide range of sports and strengthen their general athletic skills.

Train-to-Compete (Ages 15-17)

The Train-to-Compete stage of the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) framework is intended to help participants advance and refine their sport-specific skills and enhance their general athletic skills.
