The goals of this camp are to build climbing skills and strengthen general athletic skills. Half of the camp will be spent on the climbing wall where participants will develop their bouldering, high-wall climbing and rappelling skills through a variety of fun drills and challenges. The other half of the camp day will be dedicated to age-appropriate multi-sport activities designed to improve fundamental movement skills that support and complement the skills taught in the climbing sessions.
No previous climbing experience is required.
All participants will receive an official camp t-shirt.
